  4. How do I know which size to order?

    Size charts are available for certain brands. A link to the brand's size chart will be displayed on the item's detail page if it is available.

  6. What credit cards does the USGA accept?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards.

  7. Can I pay for my purchase with a Gift Certificate?

    Yes, just fill in your Gift Certificate number during the checkout process. Your credit card information is still required to cover any remaining fees.

  8. Should I put spaces or dashes in the card number?

    No. Your card number should be entered in as a continuous string of numbers.

  9. Do I get a discount on corporate or large orders?

  10. Is sales tax charged for all states?

    All applicable local and state sales taxes are charged for merchandise and shipping on orders delivered to AR,CA,DC,FL,IL,KS,MN,MO,NJ,OK,SC,TN,TX,WA,OH.

  11. How do I cancel an order?

    To cancel an order, call customer service at 800-755-0293.

  12. What is the return policy?

    We've selected our merchandise with you in mind. However, if you are disappointed with anything you received, please return it within 90 days for a prompt refund. Merchandise being returned must not have been washed or worn. Returns are not allowed on personalized items.

    If you need to return merchandise, simply follow the instructions on your packing slip. Before shipping your merchandise back, please call Customer Service at 800-755-0293 between the hours of 7am-7pm CST (Monday-Friday) to obtain a Return Authorization (RA#) number.

  13. How soon will I receive my package after I place my order?

    Your shipping and processing time depends on the method of shipping you select. Estimated times are listed below. Please note that the Total Time indicates how long it should take from the time you place your order until the time you receive your order. Allow 1-2 business days for processing plus the below transit time.

    Regular delivery: 5 – 12 business days
    Rush delivery: 4 business days
    Express delivery: 1 – 2 business days

    Please note that light weight packages may be shipped via USPS. All other packages will be shipped via UPS. If you have any questions on shipping methods or require UPS services, please contact customer service at 800-755-0293.

    We regret that some items cannot be shipped Rush or Express: see individual product descriptions for exceptions. Please note that if your order includes even one item that cannot be expedited and you have selected Rush or Express delivery, the entire order will be automatically held until all merchandise is available to ship.

    Note: Rush and Express shipping not available for International Orders. and all orders will be held to ship complete. Same day shipments must be called in & requested by 1pm CST and approved by an authorized representative.

  16. Can I purchase items to re-sell them?

    Items purchased on the USGA Catalog website and through the USGA Catalog are not permitted for re-sale.
